It started five years ago. A personal turning point — the kind that reshuffles your cards and nudges you in a direction you never expected. I was ready for a change. After over a decade working in luxury hospitality with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, I knew it was time to close one chapter. But I wasn’t quite sure what the next one looked like.
Somewhere between the polished lobby lights and the city’s golden sunsets, I had fallen in love — not with a person, but with the rhythm, the ambition, and the unapologetic boldness of this place. There’s something about Dubai that makes you believe anything is possible. And I wasn’t ready to walk away from that energy.
By March 2021, I had my real estate license in hand — a fresh start, a new industry, and, truthfully, a whole world I barely understood. But I was excited. Nervous, too. Real estate in Dubai is no walk in the park — it’s a rollercoaster made of skyscrapers, spreadsheets, and split-second decisions. And I had just buckled in.
When I joined the company, it was still called Premier Estates Real Estate Brokers LLC. A solid, respected brokerage. But within weeks — in April 2021 — the entire brand transformed. Christie’s International Real Estate Dubai was born. Suddenly, I wasn’t just part of a real estate office; I was part of a global brand with heritage, reputation, and elegance stitched into its DNA.
For someone brand new to the industry, that kind of opportunity felt like winning the timing lottery. I often think: if I had started just a few months later, would I have been offered a spot? Probably not. Sometimes the universe really does hand you a little wink and nod — if you’re paying attention.
I began my journey in Dubai Marina, a place that quite literally never sleeps. It’s a maze of towers and twinkling reflections, where property viewings stretch from sunrise to late-night calls, and where no two days are ever the same. The community pulses with energy — and so did I. It was the perfect training ground for everything that was to come.
Looking back now, it all feels like a blur — a beautiful, chaotic blur. But here I am, still standing, still learning, still falling for this city one listing at a time.
And this is where the story really begins.
